Courteney Cox is the American actor, director, and producer. She is best known for her performance in the TV series 'Friends' and in one of the most prominent roles in the 'Scream' movie franchise. The actress made her film debut when she starred in 'Down Twisted'. She started gaining fame after playing one of her most prominent characters in the horror-slasher film "Scream'. It was extremely well-received commercially and earned 11 times the budget. The film was also praised by critics. She reprised her performance in the entire trilogy of the film. The fame of her character grew to new heights after she played the lead role in the cult sitcom "Friends". There were numerous awards and nominations for her performances.
